Separation of Church and State?
Separation of Money and State?
How about:
Separation of Trust and Client.

This would be awesome for the upcoming @nosfabrica WoT Hackathon. Either a generic decentralized lists app, or use decentralized lists to serve a client-specific purpose, like curated lists of musicians, recipes, etc.

Something I like about NIP-85: Trusted Assertions is that it makes life easy for the client devs. For commonly used metrics like rank (0 to 100) or followers, the client just pulls the score from the kind 30382 event. No need to build separate interfaces for each new category of trust metric service providers we’re going to end up having — which hopefully is going to be a lot. (Like 8 billion!)
I’d love to see someone make a client that runs #relatr, let people sign up (perhaps for a small fee), calculate personalized trust metrics including “rank” and “followers” (meaning: verified followers) and publish them using @Vitor Pamplona's Trusted Assertions. This would greatly facilitate integration of relatr scores into clients for @nosfabrica ‘s upcoming WoT hackathon!
