I'm back! Some of you know me by my old npub (npub1p5ryszcvdca78jdp5ewhu67zpyfz042m7nrha6mqx7a8wakrqrkqre5ksj) before I went a little crazy, nuked my nsec, and sold all my Bitcoin. Being bipolar is fun like that. Anyway.... Yes I sold out at 100k. Whatever. There's no point in stacking sats if it never translates into some sort of material benefit. I can always do it again. Yes I ended up marrying that girl. 2025 was a crazy busy year. The day after Christmas at the end of last year we were in a bad car accident. My wife was ejected from the vehicle and badly injured. She's been on bed rest for almost 4 months. I got laid off from my job two weeks after that. The company I was working for surrendered and sold all of their assets to their largest competitor. My wife has needed 24/7 home care so I haven't worked since then. I was starting to go a little stir crazy with nothing to keep me busy so recently I've started messing around with using AI to write software. I've been working on an AI powered news app, and it's getting closer to being deployment ready. I missed the vibe on nostr so I finally downloaded amethyst and created a new key pair. It beats the hell out of all that gay retarded corporate social media garbage. It's great to see that a lot of you who I used to follow are still active here! Amethyst made it easy to import all of my old follows from my old npub to this new account. Thanks for that @Vitor Pamplona ! I looked around to see if maybe I had a copy of my old nsec stashed away someplace that survived my manic rampage and didn't get deleted back at the end of 2024, but no such luck. I'll just start with a fresh clean account and go from here. This account is going to be a little more personal and real, and I'm probably also going to start working on some nostr related projects that I'll share in the coming months.
