Why #Bitcoin ? Why #Nostr ? We the people ARE the nations and states. Both are normally comprised of people. The fact that bad actors co-opt both nations and states don't mean we can't form our own allegiances to each other when we're in alignment with our common goals. They want us divided because we can't organize that way. We need to start pricing things ourselves in terms of real signal by no longer comparing Bitcoin to any FIAT. Impractical? Yes Anything worth doing can't afford taking practicality into account. Madame Curie paid the ultimate price for the life saving solution she gave birth. Had she been practical she'd still be dead... & not bringing forth her invention. In many, so many instances, practicality is nothing but either an excuse or a tool for laziness. Circular economies already exist, we just need to shed the old ball and chains of the rigged system we live in. We can be free of the cantillion effect, we must choose to, and we can do it. All it takes is one transaction. We need to remember that self-sufficiency isn't a thing. If it were, we'd be slugs who are hermaphrodites. Independence, as touted by the ruling criminal class, isn't even self-sustaining. However, true independence IS the use of the freedoms we do have to attempt to make the best choice among the choices life presents us with; it is free-will. If we remember that, we gain even more freedom by connecting with one another. Sustaining life requires INTERdependence: aka Circular Economies, exchange of goods & services standardized by pure signal. They sell us THEIR concept of independence because it is isolationist, it divides, & it puts a stigma on connecting with each other to learn our own skills & aptitudes, and learn how we can RELY on one another... Instead of RELYING ON THEM. They want us to depend on them, instead of on one another, like loving families used to do. People with a loving support structure (family, community, church, etc...) are a lot harder to extract COMPLIANCE out of. So, think & be IMPRACTICAL, connect with one another, grow together, learn to utilize one another with reciprocity, contribute, engage & be engaged in community. Where straight barter comes short.... Enter.... Bitcoin.

I don't think I've somehow left this world, I'm not thinking anymore..." This is exactly how I feel when I draw as well. We were made to make. Creating & making is what elevates our souls out of the wretchedness we witness and sometimes even live. When others validate what we create/make, it can be both things: very appreciated & joy bringing, but also somewhat unexpected. Not because we're being falsely modest, but because, as you said, we kinda "went away..." we were out of our bodies & we sometimes feel we didn't make our own babies.

I am an enemy of #TheFeed -------------- Please, #ProoveMeWrong. Being #right, lately, about anything continues to leave me in #pain for the path #humanity in general is following. I worry about what I am experiencing with #Nostr. Underline "I am experiencing." What you experience may be different. Whether it is because I am aging a lot faster than women my age, my personal physical, mental, spiritual, familial crises; or the fact that I have never fit in ANYWHERE throughout my entire life... I am noticing the same pattern I've seen on "normie" platforms coming to a nostr client near you... The fact that so many of us have so much to say, will fight for such, but then what's said either falls on deaf ears, or on dried up fields where our seeds are picked up by the birds going non-germinated, can be disheartening & thoroughly isolating. I'm sad by the fact that now that Nostr is gaining traction, it is starting to feel like yet another FEED. I honestly have never liked the concept of a feed. One feeds farm animals so we can eat them . The FEED becomes this laziness tool equivalent to the FWD FWD FWD email chains of the 1990's. At least then there was a little greater effort. We went from not visiting, to not writing letters/postcards, to not phone calling, to not emailing directly, to not texting, to not visiting directly the profile pages of those who we "follow" or "follow us" because we've decided to rely on THE FEED. The feed has taught us to crave connection that you will not get unless you play by the FEED's rules and pay what wants you to pay, only to then also DECIDE 4us what we see, what we read, & who we can connect with by the almighty & all knowing algorithm which we choose to believe is a neutral or benign entity which wouldn't harm us ever. The Feed is truly the antithesis to what we thought the benefit of the internet was going to be. Hate me for this #UnpopularTake ? It's not like I don't think it can be resolved. Exorcise the spirit of #sloth that inhabits in the #convenience of the feed. Interact with one another. Yes, I know, some folks will say, "well, we can't interact with everybody, blah, blah, blah..." That is true, but it also means you're choosing "stardom," using your elevated speaker phone, over forming thick & solid connections. We can't connect with everybody, but we can connect with some. Do not be a hog waiting at the trough. Choose to be the little girl on the beach, making a difference for one #starfish at a time keeping the nostr spirit alive! 🧡💜🧡💜🧡💜🧡💜
