been thinking about how to improve coding interviews. feels like it would be more effective to replace leetcode based interview with a walkthrough of what you have built on Github. maybe even an AI not that can review your code and provide a good summary for the interviewer and places to dive into during the interview. maybe even checks if you just copied an entire project or something…
