I get what Jack is getting at but as many have pointed out. 2 & 4 are a luxury of the childless. I average 4-5 hours a night broken up in 3-4 stints. One day we’ll get to a point where 2 & 4 are true but for most of my “productive” years I’ll be sacrificing those things for my children. If you’re childless absolutely allow yourself these things, they’re a gift from God. GM #nostr Had a really valuable call with a brother in the US yesterday. He reminded me that we need that challenge he called “the rock in the stream”. Something that’s hard but if we stick at it shapes us. Sometimes we feel like we aren’t moving forward like that rock, but we’re still being shaped by the stream. Keep the faith, don’t let the system define what you should be. Realise your God given image 🫡
