I’ve only just discovered this band Igorrr. They are possibly the most prog metal thing out there. Anvils, Tibetan horns and saw blades, among other things, being used to great effect as instruments. Love it.

GM. After a bit of rain, the river has risen about a foot or so, making it flow faster and taking several minutes off my 2 mile swim this morning. The air temperature today is below the water temperature, resulting in a magical mist over the water, which is lovely to swim through. Have a good day everyone.
