I don't know what to think about the moon landing. If it did happen that long ago, it seems like we should be a lot further along technologically (assuming space exploration R&D money wasn't being embezzled). Also, maybe technology has advanced exponentially but they're keeping some of it hidden from the tax cattle who helped pay for it.
