Building https://npub.cash 🥜 Working on awesome nostr, cashu and Lightning stuff 💜⚡️
GM! There seems to be an issue with npub.cash’s Lightning backend. I am investigating and hope to resolve the issue asap.
We have started laying out the groundwork for the next major Cashu-TS version:

Seoul airport security is insane. German efficiency really can learn a thing or two from this country.

My 2 y.o. just hit her head while playing and threw up at dinner. We are now at the ER 😐

Adding WebSockets to npub.cash was a bit less trivial than anticipated, because all sockets need to be authenticated. But I am pretty close to finalizing the integration.

I studied marketing at university and had no formal CS education. Outside of a high school class, I didn’t write my first real line of code until 2020, in my mid-20s. I started with a basic Python course on Udemy, because I wanted to contribute to the Einundzwanzig Telegram bot.
Fast forward four years: I now earn a living by writing code. The demand for developers in the Bitcoin space is huge. Thanks to organizations like OpenSats and the Human Rights Foundation, it’s even possible to make a living building free and open source software.
You don’t need permission. You can just build things.
With resources available online for free getting started is easier than ever. AI can help a lot too (if used correctly and in moderation). So LFG! If you decide to try it, make sure to let me know and if you are looking for a project to contribute to, make sure to checkout Cashu ;)
