I don't like to be the bearer of bad news, but this is concerning, to say the least.

Life Hack: Increase the playback speed of your informational podcasts. While it sounds weird and annoying at first, with "only" x2 speed you actually can get twice as much information in the same amount of time. The increased playback speed forces you to focus more on what you listen, so I find my information retention is actually better with increased speed.
