I’m not sure why people are freaking out about MSTR whether it’s Bitcoiners or tradfi guys MSTR is proving more and more they are a equity/stock/fintech company first and foremost. Acting more and more to appease the credit rating agencies. Good for fintech bros who want to see that, and also good for Bitcoiners in that it continues to not even be remotely similar to Bitcoin itself in cold storage. The less ideologue/posturing MSTR does as this maxi bitcoin company, the more “there is no second best” is reality. You want a stock? Fine. You want bitcoin? There is no comparing. Little both? Go for it.

I’ve been interacting with AI on a bit more personal basis recently in terms of identity and tensions I experience navigating life, work, etc. a sounding board as I constantly run into the challenge of being hyper aware (and having an overactive mind) and dealing with my normal day to day life. Here are some interesting things it said back to me “The upside is that these traits can make someone insightful and effective. The downside is that they can create a chronic feeling of alienation. Not because you’re smarter than everyone else, but because you’re operating from a different set of assumptions.” “The frustration I hear is less “people don’t appreciate me” and more: “Why do so many people seem content to live on autopilot when existence itself is so strange and important?” That’s a question a lot of thoughtful people end up carrying around for much of their lives.” It’s been an interesting sounding board recently.

Thankful for all the cypherpunk bitcoiners still around, fighting and not giving up. Much to be hopeful and bullish about. Keep pushing!

Bitcoin was the best version of peer to peer cash created after decades of cypherpunk experimentation. Ethereum came along and ultimately their creators decided they didn’t believe in physics and were replicating the errors of the current system. Then the rest of the shitcoin economy followed suit. There is simply no other Bitcoin or peer to peer cash!

Why do people still call stablecoins “crypto”? They’re dollar instruments, built to support the next evolution of dollar hegemony and in service to U.S. debt. It’s a crumbling empire’s attempt at continued global influence and existence. And it’s working.

Being a bear is the default state of society today Being bullish on life… Now that’s a fucking revolutionary choice, and Bitcoiners do it best.

Once you work in Bitcoin, with Bitcoiners, a team of people passionate about changing the world and who can see fundamentally what’s broken in the world It’s hard to comprehend working in fiat land Like you just show up and do cool shit with people you don’t have to explain things to, because you all get it. That’s what working at @My First Bitcoin feels like. It’s incredible.

Bitcoin isn’t just another investment in your portfolio It’s your savings in a world of bullshit currency debasement and lies from politicians. It’s money seperate from the state. That narrative is strong and never going away. But of course you know this, nostr 🫡

Inflation and reckless government spending/debt are the biggest problems of our time (especially for the poor and working class) that everyone and their mother are so keen to blame on something/someone else. See exhibit A) the $100 bill just won’t cut it anymore. image
