I spent the morning crying. I was just playing with my daughter. She’s starting to do more — match shapes, rings, etc. it was a subtle difference, but one that tells me she’s departing this stage and on to the next. Growth, change, and me mourning this. I started picturing the future and other milestones. Tears just started rolling, while she stared at me. Just observing. One thing is certain — she will always see her father show his emotions, and show his deep, profound, unconditional love for her

Overheard from my mother-in-law *news talking about special forces operation in Venezuela* her: “I could do that. Drop from a rope from a helicopter? Yeah back in the day I could totally do that”

But it’s against the law! But it’s not moral! But they’re not allowed! Stop bitching and wake up. The mask is off. Prepare yourself, you’ve got everything you need, all the tools. Satoshi was getting ahead of all of this. What a gift he gave. Now let’s build the rest

I think the situation in Venezuela is far more about AI and rare earth minerals than it is oil. oil is just a nice bonus for Trump administration. Trump admin was clearly spooked enough to act now for fear of giving up future world order

U.S. govt bombing the fuck out of Caracas rn. Clearly pushing for regime change op. Using *your* tax dollars. For oil, and influence in a chest beating race against China. Who voted for this? No one. U.S. violence and imperial aggression continues. And you wonder why so many want to opt out of this shit. It’s too much.

We have a choice to make. All of us. Humanity. Bitcoin is money seperate from the state, and money that does not require their issuance, permission or control. Whether it becomes an emancipatory tool depends entirely on the social relations built around it. That’s where we come in. Bitcoin is a tool. It’s the means, and hopefully one which has freedom and anti-authoritarianism for all as the end. But that’s up to us.

They’re going to ramp up the attacks and threats on privacy, civil liberties, and freedoms in 2026. Just an FYI As they also increase “exciting opportunities and legislation for crypto and digital assets this year, which protect consumers, national security, and innovation.” Freedom or bust yall

Last Mamdani rant/point of the night. Because if his solutions are state oriented (entirely, solely) it’s bullshit. For Mamdani: politics = state action change = electoral capture warmth = policy outcomes What I’m arguing for: politics = what people do together change = building power outside the state warmth = free cooperation
