"Freedom ain't easy; it takes work"
Yes, ideally, privacy & freedom is a human right.
But the REALITY is this:
- Freedom is taken, not given.
- If you want to defend the freedom that you have, you have to stand up and fight for it.

The dark truth about Inflation and Consumer Price Index (CPI)—
"When it comes to price inflation, we are told to look to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for an accurate measure of how much inflation is impacting consumer goods.
However, like most government-approved metrics, the CPI is tremendously flawed. The CPI takes a basket of consumer goods and measures how much they increase in price over a given time period, typically monthly. The only problem with this is the CPI can be manipulated by simply changing the basket of goods.
If the basket of goods is filled with potato chips, candy, processed meats, and bread, inflation might be close to 0. However, if you filled it with stuff people actually want, like grass-fed beef, real estate, fuel, and energy, inflation goes to the moon."

Entertaining as usual, but the journey is real and relatable. Despite everything, it will leave you feeling a little hopeful.

All Quiet on the Western Front
—possibly the best WW1 film I've so far ever watched. There is absolutely NO glorification of what it means to fight in war. After watching this, I'm not sure if most of the war films that exist today would qualify as a TRULY "anti-war" film.

More relevant than ever: “The Uncommunist Manifesto” by Alex Svetski @Svetski and Mark Moss.
🔹Absolutely love that the book starts with definitions— words have been used a little too freely these days and have lost its original meaning as a result. Having dialogues is crucial, but a discussion between people who can’t even agree on the definition of the key words being used is like building a house on a foundation of sand— everything built on top of it will not stand the test of the storm.
🔸With rise in support for socialism/communism ideologies in the west, how can those who understand the consequences play a role in de-escalating this phenomenon. In order to do so effectively, as Charlie Kirk said, we must have conversations. And if we wanted to convince the mislead members of our society, we ourselves must first be able to well-articulate why it is not a good idea. We all know we shouldn’t go there; but can we form a convincing argument backed by undeniable facts and lessons from history? This book is perfect for deepening our knowledge, and the authors even offer useful resources (charts, series of rebuttals to Marx’s ideology, etc.) on their website to equip us with the tools for the important discussions.
🔹This book is also perfect for the very supporters of the socialist/communist ideas—because you will be challenged by the rest of society, as this book will, and you’ll need to be able to defend your ideas in order to have them widely accepted. This will be a great practice opportunity for them.
