Vibe for the new year:

With the new year having begun, I just wanted to reflect on my 2024... I started the year in the fiat mines over-employed and working on @Shopstr Markets on the weekends. Participating in @PlebLab's Top Builder competition really sparked the biggest shift in my drive and belief in my abilities to actually make a contribution to the use of freedeom tech around the world. After making it to the final pitch round, I got the itch that I needed to fully dedicate my time to the site and decided to quit my Big Tech jobs. I'm incredibly grateful and lucky that my quitting lined up with the start of @Sovereign Engineering's SEC-02, and that just weeks after planning for at least a few years with no income, I was approved for an @npub10pen...n34f grant. The year only picked up with speaking and booth engagements at @BTC Prague, Bitcoin 2024 in Nashville, @Nostriga in Riga, @PlebLab's Startup Day in Mexico City, @btcplusplus in Berlin, SEC-03 in Madeira, @Suriname Decentralized, and @Adopting Bitcoin in El Salvador. I wrapped up the year spending time with family and fixing bugs, taking a little break from the constant grind and feeling super optimistic about the coming year. I couldn't be more appreciative for those of you crazy enough to actually use @Shopstr Markets and work with me when any issues come up; the project wouldn't be anywhere near where it's at today without the #Nostr community. The goal is to use #Bitcoin as free market money on a free market protocol, and you're all a part of it. To another year of freedom go up! 🫡
