Do EMF shielding clothing work? When voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) are activated by nnEMF exposure, it’s easy to think that simply blocking those channels will solve the problem. But that only offers short-term relief. The body doesn’t open those channels for no reason, it’s reacting to stress. This activation is part of a deeper biological response, a signal that the system is under pressure. If the stressor remains, the body will keep reacting, no matter how many channels are blocked. So while VGCC blockers can temporarily reduce symptoms, they don’t address the root cause.. the continuous environmental & physiological stress coming from EMF exposure itself. In the same way, Shielding clothing shouldn’t be seen as a real solution. It’s more like protective armour.. useful for limiting damage when you have to enter areas with strong electromagnetic radiation, but not something to depend on daily as a fix. The real goal should be restoring balance: reducing exposure, supporting cellular repair and helping the body recover its natural resilience. Ultimately, blocking channels or wearing shielding gear are short-term strategies. Do they work? Yes. Do they fix the problem? Not really. They help you buy TIME. The real issue is the constant stress your body is under from artificial electromagnetic exposure. You can’t truly recover if the stressor is always there. image

On a clear sunny day, around noon, you receive around 800-1000 W/m² solar power. This is when the sun is at its highest point and the intensity of the sunlight is strongest. When you are under the shade of a tree you receive around 80-200 W/m² solar power. Roughly around 10% to 20% of the direct sunlight With Thin or light cloud cover you receive about 50% to 70% of the direct sunlight. This corresponds to roughly 400 to 700 W/m² With Moderate Overcast you receive about 30% to 50% of the direct sunlight. This translates to roughly 240 to 500 W/m² With Heavy Overcast Under heavy overcast conditions, the sunlight is further reduced to about 10% to 30% of the direct sunlight.
