You can't control the dangerous frequencies outside But you can control the environment you live in. Start with your Cellphone & WiFi Router. Turn them off when you sleep every night. Unplug the electronics when not in use. Use Ethernet when possible. Your body will thank you. image

On a clear sunny day, around noon, you receive around 800-1000 W/m² solar power. This is when the sun is at its highest point and the intensity of the sunlight is strongest. When you are under the shade of a tree you receive around 80-200 W/m² solar power. Roughly around 10% to 20% of the direct sunlight With Thin or light cloud cover you receive about 50% to 70% of the direct sunlight. This corresponds to roughly 400 to 700 W/m² With Moderate Overcast you receive about 30% to 50% of the direct sunlight. This translates to roughly 240 to 500 W/m² With Heavy Overcast Under heavy overcast conditions, the sunlight is further reduced to about 10% to 30% of the direct sunlight. This means you are still getting roughly 80 to 300 W/m² solar irradiance tl;dr When the sun is out, you should be out too. Doesn't matter if you are in shade or if there are clouds YOU. ARE. STILL. GETTING. THE. BENEFITS. image

People working in & around airports/military bases are more sicker than usual Have you ever wondered why that is?

Why do all of these airport/flight video’s have people losing their mind? Literally all of them I’m telling you guys.. It’s those nasty flickering bright white lights & high levels of nnEMF at the airport that make people go berserk You can’t change my mind on this. image

When you’re on an Airplane, You’re getting way more exposure to cosmic radiation than you would on the ground. This radiation is far more genotoxic & carcinogenic compared to artificial electromagnetic fields (nnEMFs) but with the use of wireless devices on planes can amplify this vulnerability. What this means is.. NON-IONISING EMFs like using WiFi onboard can amplify the damage caused by ionizing radiation when both hit the body together. image View quoted note →

Always buy Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) Ethernet cables. Shielded cables reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), offering better protection against nnEMF. SSTP = Screened Shielded Twisted Pair Best but costs the highest & less flexible. STP = Shielded Twisted Pair Budget friendly, Good option. UTP = Unshielded Twisted Pair Worst, don't buy. image View quoted note →

The key is not having NOISE SUPPRESSION feature So as long as your AM radio doesn't have this feature, it will be able to detect Dirty Electricity image View quoted note →

How to use an AM Radio to test DIRTY ELECTRICITY?
Rusty's avatar
ze_rusty 1 month ago
That's right. AM Radios are fantastic low-cost detectors of dirty electromagnetic environments. They works at 530–1700 KHz so you can at least use them to detect DE in that range. Stetzerizer filters WORK. But you need to make sure the WIRING in your house doesn’t have any errors or they can increase the AC Magnetic fields around the wires. View quoted note →

you can just use a red tshirt on top of your existing lamps to block the blue photons from the artificial lights NOONE TALKS ABOUT THIS image

Dirty Electricity is one of the most pervasive issues in a modern 21st century home and literally NOONE is talking about it Your phone might be on airplane mode, Your WiFi might be off, but your house wiring? That thing’s STILL SCREAMING DIRTY ELECTRICITY. All Day. All Night. NON STOP. The grid never sleeps until you break the circuit. Think about it. 50 Apartments in one building 100’s of ‘energy-saving’ LEDs All connected to the same powerline. Every switch, bulb, charger sends little bursts of dirty noise back into the wires. What should be smooth electricity, Now comes in short, choppy waves. One neighbor turns on the solar, another switxhes on a motor & that noise spreads through the whole building instantly. By the time that power reaches your room, it has already passed through 49 other apartments’ full of dimmers, SMPS & LED drivers.. Each one adding more noise. You can’t see it, but it’s always there. Moving through the walls, Around every wire. Inside every plug! Even when the lights GO OFF, The Electromagnetic noise NEVER DOES.
