Using metal mesh doors can reduce RF radiation by upto 100x times

Most people don’t even realise that the SAR rating of their phone is measured with WiFi & Bluetooth switched OFF. Yes, FCC only tests for cellular signal in a lab pressed against a plastic head full of liquid not the real mix of WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, 5G all running together. image

Think your cellphone is the biggest RF radiation source? A WiFi-enabled laptop on your lap exposes you to EVEN HIGHER SAR levels. Apple will never tell you this. Neither will Google. Nor HP. Nor anyone else making billions off devices you literally sit on top of. image

Z-Wave runs at 800–900 MHz That’s a wavelength of ~33–37 cm. Basically the size of your organs. Which puts it right in the resonance zone, where RF couples best into tissue. That means your lungs end up acting like better antennas at Z-Wave frequencies than at WiFi. Sure the power is low.. but we know that it’s not just about the power, the waveforms matter too. Pulsed, modulated signals interact differently than a plain carrier wave. Biological systems respond to patterns not just watts per square meter. So when the frequency fits your body & it’s carrying complex modulation.. The question isn’t if you absorb it.. It’s how much you react to it. Say NO to Z-Wave. Say NO to Zigbee. Reject SMART homes. image

Still using CFLs to light up your space? Terrible choice. CFLs are one of the worst lights you can use. They use an electric current to excite mercury vapor, producing ultraviolet (UV) light, which then interacts with a phosphor coating to create visible light This energy-efficient light saves electricity is by operating at 20,000-30,000 Hz, creating high-frequency electrical noise That creates a lot of Dirty Electricity, a type of nnEMF. → High Flicker → Risk of Mercury leak → High Dirty Electricity → 435-495nm Peak Blue Light → Alien waveform with spiky peaks Energy savings shouldn’t come at the cost of your health. Time to ditch them. ASAP.

Got a Coaxial port in your wall? You can use WIRED internet throughout your house without laying long ethernet cables. If your house already has coaxial (TV/cable/DTH) wiring in the walls, you can plug MoCA (Multimedia over Coax Alliance) adapters at each end (router side + device side). Many homes (especially in the US & parts of Europe) have coax jacks in multiple rooms so this adapter basically lets you repurpose the old TV cables in your home into a high-speed wired backbone Also, MoCA is very different from PLC (Power Line Communication) PLC forces data through your electrical wiring creating dirty electricity & turning your whole grid into a noisy antenna. MoCA runs over shielded coax lines that were built to carry high-frequency signals. That means: - No dirty electricity riding on your 50/60 Hz lines. - Less interference - Faster speeds In fact, the latest MoCA 2.5 standard can deliver up to 2.5 Gbps across your coax network. If you’ve ever wished for WIRED connections in every room without tearing open walls, MoCA is the hidden upgrade sitting in your house right now.

A 2025 cohort study from Yazd, Iran 🇮🇷 followed 1,666 pregnant women to see how everyday EMF exposure affected pregnancy outcomes. They found: 1/ More time on cell phone calls was strongly linked to higher risk of miscarriage. Each jump in call hours raised the risk further. 2/ Longer call durations also tied to abnormal birth weight (too low or too high) and shorter infant length at birth. 3/ Cordless phone calls showed similar associations. 4/ Effects stayed significant even after adjusting for income, education, maternal age, distance from towers, & other confounders. image

Why would you use an ELECTRIC heating pad, when you can use a HOT WATER pad? An electric heating pad is literally just an AC-powered device with a 2-pin plug that wraps around your body. High AC magnetic fields. High AC electric fields. More Dirty electricity (No grounding 3rd pin) Go for a natural rubber heating pad. It’s simple & works without radiating you.

Let me introduce you to ETHERNET SWITCH It's like a Power strip but for Internet. You plug one cable from your router into the switch & it gives you multiple wired ports out From there you can run cables into different rooms or directly to each device. Everyone stays wired, fast & RF-free. Just make sure your setup is properly grounded and you're using Shielded Ethernet cables.

They want you blaming Tylenol. Because if you’re busy chasing glutathione pathways in the liver, You’re not asking how nnEMFs create a leaky blood-brain barrier that delivers poison where it hurts most. Diabolical.
