Thyroid is super sensitive to radiation. This study from last year found that people who wore Bluetooth headsets for long hours every day were much more likely to develop Thyroid nodules. Researchers analysed 600 participants & used advanced statistical tools to reduce bias. Even after adjusting for age and other factors, Bluetooth use time still stood out as a strong risk. In fact, When they ranked all possible risk factors, Daily Bluetooth use & Age came out on top. The longer someone wore a Bluetooth headset each day, the higher their risk of developing nodules. In-ear & Neckband headsets, which sit closest to the thyroid, showed the STRONGEST links. This is clearly not about heating the tissues… Their AI model could predict Thyroid nodules with 95% accuracy.. that’s how strong the link with Bluetooth use was. Bluetooth runs on very low power, way too weak to cook anything. What the researchers point to instead are non-thermal effects. Oxidative stress, disruptions in cell signalling & long term stress on the thyroid’s delicate tissue Official safety limits for wireless devices only consider heating but this study shows there are biological effects happening at much lower levels image

Red LEDs vs Yellow Incandescents (2700K) Red LEDs look like the perfect solution.. But are they really? Let's talk about it.. Red LED (~620-635 nm) basically has ZERO blue. Incandescent (2700K) follows Nature’s blackbody spectrum. Its small amount of blue is naturally balanced by a huge amount of red & infrared (IR). At lower brightness (using dimming via variac transformer/resistor-based dimmer), the blue component can shrink even more. Standard Red LED → No Infrared 2700K Incandescent → Emits Infrared Standard Red LED → High Flicker (PWM & Driver-Induced) 2700K Incandescent → Minimal Flicker due to thermal inertia Standard Red LED → Generates a lot of Dirty Electricity 2700K Incandescent → No Dirty electricity Standard Red LED → Artificial Narrow spectrum light 2700K Incandescent → Full spectrum light The human brain and skin require heat (infrared) to accompany light. That rules out everything but the Sun, Fire and Incandescent light. Choose wisely. image

People are still so easily framed into the idea that Wi-Fi router radiation is the only (or primary) source of radiation they expose themselves when they put it inside their houses / offices. No. It is the Total Wi-Fi SYSTEM Radiation you are exposing yourself to, Not the router alone. Is that really so tough to understand that each device connected to your Wi-Fi router also has a Wi-Fi transmitter? It is a Bi-DIRECTIONAL Communication system! So when you put up a Wi-Fi router to use, you are always exposed to the total radiation from the router and the devices wirelessly connected to it. More often than not, those devices are much closer to the user. Hence, the total exposure is always more intense & more complex than your Wi-Fi router's radiation alone. image

Rats exposed to AC electric & magnetic fields developed – Broken tissue – Inflamed gums – Leaky blood vessels Melatonin & Reishi mushroom reduced the damage. The fact that Melatonin was the best protector means your circadian rhythm may be your first line of defence. image

Your body is the best & the most expensive EMF meter on this planet. It needs to be exposed to Earth’s magnetic fields 🧲 & solar spectrum ☀️ to function optimally. Feet on the ground, eyes to the sky. Everyday! GM image

Breast milk is a Time signal. Breastfeeding is Circadian medicine. Morning milk carries cortisol to rise with the sun. Night milk carries melatonin to fall with the dark. If you mismatch them, you’re telling your baby’s brain the wrong story about light. Mothers, take note. image

🚨 New Wireless Radiation Study 🚨 A 2025 paper in Neurotoxicology exposed baby rats to 900 MHz radiation (same band as old cell phones) at just 0.08 W/kg SAR For context: Cellphones in the US are allowed up to 1.6 W/kg near the head. That means the study level was 20× lower than what a phone can legally emit. Even at this tiny dose, their brains showed clear damage: - Lower BDNF (key for brain growth & memory) - Brain cells turning into the wrong types - Broken DNA & cell death in stem cells - Synapses out of balance - Fewer new brain cells Think about that for a second. This wasn’t HEATING. It was NON THERMAL. Far below any level that causes heating. And still, the developing brain was disrupted. We’re literally running a live experiment on billions of people. The test subject is the human brain. and the control group? IT DOESN'T EXIST. image

Why Grounding Near Volcanoes is good? Because of High Geomagnetic flux. Volcanoes are born from deep Earth activity, they bring up materials from the mantle which are rich in Iron (and other minerals). So when you ground barefoot on volcanic soil/rock, you’re absorbing both electrons & magnetic information, more than you would from plain old sandy or clay soil. Also, the soil near volcanoes is High in charge density That means better electron flow into the body (boosting redox potential), Mitochondrial efficiency, structured water formation inside cells. It’s just the best of all worlds. View quoted note →

Meta Raybans are basically a combination of eyeglasses, a camera, and a Bluetooth headset. Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses use a dual-band WiFi antenna that supports both 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz WiFi networks aswell as Bluetooth 5.0 (at 2.4 GHz) allowing it to connect to both WiFi and Bluetooth networks/devices. Airpods use W1 or H1 Bluetooth chip which uses just Bluetooth at 2.4 GHz With headphones, you can take them off and put them in a bag anytime you like, but it’s not the same with prescription glasses. Wearing them all day is not a matter of choice. And with smart glasses, you’ll most likely keep them connected to your phone. And exposing yourself – especially your brain – to that much EMF and for that long a time can result in severe EMF-induced health problems. Besides that, your eyes are also particularly vulnerable to damage from EMF exposure. So, when you wear smart glasses all day, their EMF emissions can cause damage to your eyes. PMID: 19517034 PMID: 30226071 PMID: 2488031 In May 2004, Dr. Lai and Singh published a groundbreaking study that confirmed the link between prolonged EMF exposure and DNA damage. ehp.niehs.nih (dot) gov/doi/10.1289/ehp.6355 They did a series of experiments between 1994 and 1998 to determine if the supposedly “safe” doses of non-ionizing EMF radiation caused DNA damage. What exactly is DNA damage? Per researchers Kaufmann and Paules: “DNA damage is defined as an alteration in DNA structure that is capable of causing cellular injury and reduces viability or reproductive fitness of the organism.” In simple words, human DNA contains two strands, which contain information passed down from generations. If there’s damage to it, the individual will suffer from a range of problems, including unnatural cell death, premature aging, and inability to reproduce. Lai & Singh in their research found that EMF-induced DNA damage begins after two hours of exposure. Imagine what a full day of exposure, and that too daily, from Ray-Ban smartglasses can do. doi (dot) org/10.1002/bem.2250160309 Researchers from Lund University, Sweden, studied EMF’s effect on the blood-brain-barrier for ten years. Their study found that constant EMF exposure from common sources like cell phones, laptops, tablets, WiFi routers, and smart meters loosens the blood-brain barrier’s integrity. The blood-brain barrier, or BBB, is a wall that keeps unnecessary fluids away from your brain. If it’s not functioning as it’s supposed to, fluids like albumin can easily enter the brain, leading to problems like epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Besides weakening your BBB, EMF exposure has also been known to cause other neurological problems like: — Impaired learning and memory — Constant migraines — Massive changes in sleep habits — And neurological cognitive disorders like dizziness, tremors, depressive symptoms, loss of concentration, and loss of memory. All smart wearable devices rely on wireless technologies to provide you with their fancy features and services. This means their EMF emissions will be the same as well as the EMF-induced health effects. tl;dr They all are the same with close proximity to the head. I wouldn't use none of them.
