Bright lights before bed steal your night. See that fat block of bars? That’s 104 healthy 20 year olds losing 2/3rd of their melatonin just because they kept the ceiling lights on (~200 lux) Same people, same evening, but when the light was dialed down below 3 lux, their melatonin kicked in. image

Imagine you are cooking rice. You put the pot on the stove, add rice and water. If the cooker runs out of water, THE RICE BURNS. Something similar happens on a tiny scale inside your body. Your body is 60% water by mass. 99% water by molecules. nnEMF heats up the Intracellular water and literally fries your mitochondria. You have 3000-5000 mitochondria in each cell. WiFi is a serious threat to human health. Inverse Square Law says simply increasing your distance from your Wi-Fi router, you can dramatically lower your radiation exposure levels. What that means to you and me is this: If you double the distance from your device's wireless transmitter or antenna You'll be exposed to 75% less radiation as the signal dissipates. It’s Physics. You use WiFi. Almost everyone does. It typically operates on 2 different bands 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz 2.4 GHz = Longer range, slower speeds 5 GHz = Shorter range, faster speeds When you setup your WiFi, Both bands are TURNED ON by default. That's why you see 2 WiFi names, One with the name & the other one with 5G (This 5G has nothing to do with the wireless 5G on your phone) Both WiFi bands are on = MORE RF radiation You don’t need both. Turn one off. image

In 2014, Japanese physician Tetsuharu Shinjyo conducted a groundbreaking before & after study that points to a critical issue affecting global health. The study focused on the residents of an apartment building in Okinawa, where cell phone antennas had been operating on the roof for several years. A total of 122 individuals from 39 of the 47 apartments were interviewed & examined. Before the antennas were removed, the health issues among the residents were alarming: Headaches: 14 individuals Insomnia: 14 individuals Chronic fatigue: 21 individuals Chronic nosebleeds: 10 individuals Dizziness, vertigo or Meniere’s disease: 14 individuals Eye problems (pain, dry eyes, repeated infections): 17 individuals However, after the removal of the antennas, the results were striking: No cases of chronic fatigue in the building No one experienced nosebleeds anymore No one had eye problems Only two individuals still had insomnia Only one individual still had dizziness Only one individual still had headaches Conditions such as gastritis & glaucoma also resolved Like the residents of that building before the study, the majority of the people in the world today do not know that their acute and chronic illnesses are in large part caused by electromagnetic pollution. Is the Circuit Breaker hack worth it? Much more than anyone admits. In fact, it could be the missing link you’ve been searching for. Because if your sleep is broken, your healing is broken. The Melatonin Connection Most people think of melatonin as a “sleep hormone.” But that’s just the surface. It’s actually: - Built in the day by sunlight exposure🌞 - Released at night to coordinate your sleep - One of the most powerful antioxidants in your body..stronger than most supplements you could buy - And it’s directly disrupted by man-made EMFs That’s right. It’s a night hormone but made in the day. So if you live indoors all day under blue light & then sleep in a sea of nnEMFs at night, You’re killing melatonin on both ends.
