Tomorrow our home’s battery storage is participating in its first VPP event, something we have been eagerly anticipating. Essentially our home will be joining a fleet of other homes to form a ‘virtual power plant’ and support the grid during this heatwave. In total there are 1441 homes taking part for two hours, and we’ll be compensated for the energy we provide. Very cool. Shipped these #photography prints off to their new homes today, always a satisfying experience. One of these orders came from us leaving small handmade zines in our town’s info booth. The buyer who was visiting the #berkshires grabbed a zine and ordered a print from our site later that evening.
