Just a few photos from the river and the beach from the other day.
It's been fairly hot here the past few days, which is fine. So I've just been enjoying my time in the water and trying to take my camera with me whenever I go.

I went to the beach on the Fourth of July. I actually tried going to two other beaches first, but one had no parking and the other required a parking fee, which just didn't feel worth it. As a last-ditch effort, I thought, "Let me try Freedom Beach real quick before heading home." Sure enough, it was exactly what I was looking for.
I hadn't been there in quite some time, and the shoreline had changed quite a bit since my last visit. It was a beautiful day, and you could walk surprisingly far out into the water before it reached your neck. I also found dozens of hermit crabs and conch shells scattered along the shallows, which is actually pretty uncommon around these beaches.
