I had a dream last night:
I dreamed that I was spending time with a Polish girl who was around my age - somewhere in her mid-thirties. She was very intelligent and told me that Buckminster Fuller had been one of her professors in school, which I found fascinating.
We sat together on a park bench, talking about all kinds of things. At first, I didn’t think she would be particularly interested in me, but as we continued talking, we gradually bonded more and more. Eventually, she told me that she made trails in the woods.
We went to a beautiful wooded area and began working on a trail together. There were some enormous stones that I somehow managed to lift and move. I arranged them into stairs leading up a very steep path. It was difficult, but we had a lot of fun creating the trail together.
The fact that she made trails in the woods felt especially meaningful because I love going into the woods by myself and doing things like that. There was probably some personal significance in that connection.
After we finished part of the trail, we walked up it and reached a high cliffside viewpoint where we could see a great distance. The view was beautiful. Then we walked together for a long time, alongside what seemed like Niagara Falls or perhaps a very wide, beautiful river.
We talked about many things before eventually sitting down to rest. While we were sitting together, we casually kissed a few times. The kisses were very light, but the whole moment felt enchanting. It was simply wonderful to sit with her and share that closeness.
Then the dream shifted. We flew over the river or the Niagara Falls-like body of water - on something that seemed like a broomstick. There was a great deal of fog, and as we flew closer to it, we began to get a little wet. I explained to her that it was condensation: the fog made everything damp. She had never experienced anything like that before.
Then I woke up.
