I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I can literally go into almost any store and gamble my money away. I can buy weed on almost any corner. In certain counties, I can go and swap cash for sexual favors. Almost any vice you can think of can be satisfied in minutes. Almost. My state government draws the line though when it comes to personal finance and protects me from using financial services like @River.
