GM #nostr - not as New Year Resolution, but extending the range of exercises the physio gave me. Realised, getting through 2025, that I was getting weaker and having issues I'd not had before. Made dietary changes, sorted one issue out. Proven I can still adapt. So I'll do the same thing here. Over the next three months I'm going to slowly push myself further and further. Gonna hold myself accountable before my friends, community and before God 🙏 I'm not going to allow myself to become feeble at my tender age.
