I think one day in the near future it's possible that at some point the big guys (exchanges banks,...) will no longer sell Bitcoin, but only ETFs', paper Bitcoin etc... Let them do whatever they want... We're creating our own self-sovereign ecosystem. #bip110 #runknots

Yesterday I was very busy in the kitchen...weekends are usually preparation days for the week, so that I always have delicious raw vegan food ready... These are "sheets" made from chickpeas and zucchini for wraps, omelets or "sushi rolls", dehydrated below 42°C. So all the enzymes stay active. The filling I always prepare fresh with lots of veggies and cashew-cheese, sprouts and herbs...or whatever I have in the fridge. These are great melas "To Go" as well! #rawvegan #vegan #health #food

GM Fam I picked wild blackberries...for my breakfast bowl. Now I have a thorn in my finger, and it's so tiny and embedded in the skin that I can't get it out. After cleaning, cultivating me-time …which includes Nostr-time and sharing my goodies 🌱😍 My hubby made me an iced matcha latte with home made raw oat milk and we are enjoying my energy pearls I create quite a batch, so we have them any time we feel like eating some sweets. Only raw organic ingredients as always…making everything from scratch. I love dedicating my time to creating the food I nourish my body with. What we eat becomes part of us, it fuels our body, mind and energy. That’s why I choose the cleanest, most natural ingredients possible, rather than relying on food produced by an industry driven by speed, pressure, and profit.
