I find it so fascinating to observe how nature communicates with us when we connect with all our senses.
A few weeks ago, I had a lumbago that was incredibly painful. I'm still recovering and have to move very mindfully and breathe deeply consciously deep, because my diaphragm was also very tense.
And ever since that bout of lumbago, I've been seeing horsetail growing everywhere! I've lived in the same place for over four years now, and this is the first time I've ever seen horsetail growing here. So I'm accepting nature's invitation and have already collected a nice supply, and I drink some of it every day 🥰

Unfortunately, very few peops on Nostr seem to be interested in true health and dismiss the effort of making "unpleasant" changes in their life. They prefer to cling to popular opinions, which are of course easier to implement, more comfortable but keep them sick, yet are socially acceptable.
In doing so, they don't care about the environment or the well-being of our planet, animals, the elements, karma, etc. they create by their lifestyle.
We can only be healthy and fulfilled in our small microcosm, if the macrocosm gets healthy too.

Yesterday I had my first meeting with my team. I had a pretty long list and was worried it would be too much and too intense! However, afterward, I got some really nice feedback about how grateful they are for the fresh perspective, new ideas, clear structures, etc.
It makes me happy and greatful that I can make a positive difference 🙏🏼
