GM Fam 💜 Enjoying calm Sunday 🌼🌱🦋 reading 📖 and eating healthy as always 🥰 I started with a cold-pressed celery-fennel juice, then made a tea from freshly picked horsetail from morning dog walk. Now drinking a tea made from ginger-turmeric-lemon juice and now enjoying my chia bowl with wild frozen blueberries, banana, orange, date, coconut, seeds, nuts and dried berries 😍

Good morning Fam It's definitely Monday. So much noise outside! The glass recycling is being emptied by a noisy truck, the neighbor is sawing some kind of metal, and another neighbor is mowing the lawn. I want it to be Sunday again!!! Just because it's so nice, peaceful and quiet.
