Are you feeling the pre-Christmas euphoria? 😆
I've been tinkering away the last few weekends and I'm super happy with my new raw vegan bread 😍
And it's so easy...
It's basically apple, flax seed, salt and water, blended in a high-powered blender.
Then spread onto a silicone mat (I spread it into bread slice shape), and dried it in a dehydrator for 10 hours at 42°C.
It's great for sandwiches to go. And it also goes so well with a winter salad.
I have several variations as well. But this is the basic recipe 🤗
(The white stuff is raw vegan cashew mozzarella, of course home made...sprouts as well I grow in my kitchen...)

Okay, yesterday was strange: An older lady (probably originally from South America) came to me and asked for Orange Pill.
I stood there and my brain went into overdrive.
I wish I could have seen my own face 😂 why out of context does she want me to Orange pill her?
After repeating “Orange Pill” about three times, I finally figured it out. She meant Orange Peel for tea 🙈😆
