GM fam 💜 Sharing this morning my personal, honest reflection — raw and real Life is full of challenges. What truly matters is how we meet them—not by reacting, but by responding from a place of awareness. It’s about how we choose to absorb, reflect, and relate to our circumstances… and how we nourish ourselves on every level. Physically, this means clean, fresh, high-vibe food and keeping the body alive through movement. Emotionally and spiritually, it means asking: Do I let fear and old wounds steer me—or can I stay centered, even in the storm? There’s a quiet power in standing in the eye of the hurricane: calm, clear, rooted in your truth. That changes everything. I’ve walked through experiences that shook my faith in humanity so deeply, I questioned whether trust was even wise. And yet—my nature leans toward trust. So I keep asking: Is this naivety, despite all I’ve learned? Or is it my inner guidance—my guardian angel—whispering, “Stay open”? Clarity isn’t always immediate. But one thing I’ve learned for certain: My gut feeling is my truest compass— as long as I’m grounded in my center. And that center is found in the breath. In heart-brain coherence. Oh and I still made cookies over night dehydrating with acorn flour, apricot kernel flour, sprouted oatmeal, cocoa, coconut and a little bit of mascobado. Not too much of the acorn...but enough to taste it.... Very nourishing 😊 #rawvegan #cookies #natural #acorn #foodstr #homemade
