I'll be chatting about community building with Pyramid again later today, 10pm UTC through HIvetalk. If you're interested in learning more about how to set up, operate, and manage a community or personal relay with custom social/utility feeds, chat groups, services, and lots of 'other stuff' content hosting, stop in. I'll be demo-ing the relay interface and some compatible clients for specific features. I'll answer questions where I can and make notes of the ones that I can't. If you want to do this with zero tech knowledge, we can start where you are and work forward to launch through future meetings. It doesn't take much. Figuring out the "what" is definitely more complicated than the "how". As always. attendence driven by genuine interest is greatly encouraged but I also appreciate the opportunity to be grilled wtih pop quiz style questions so I can refine my own approach to making relay-running more accessible and understandable.

Lots of mentions and replies aren't making it to my inboxes today. Still trying to figure out why. If I have responded to you, it is just by sheer coincidence that I happen to have no motivation to do anything more productive than creep on feeds right now.
