Man. Gyokuro tea is fascinating. I cannot stomach it at the full strength (yet) at which it should be brewed (ie 8g/50ml/120-180sec), but I really really love the aftertaste. So I tweaked it a bit: 5g/120ml/120sec and this way the first sip is much much smoother, but the epic aftertaste still remains. The aftertaste lasts many hours for me and even survives brushing teeth 🤯 Apparently this tea has more caffeine than coffee, but doesn't cause any jitters for me and also does not cause any crash after the high. #tea #Japan #Gyokuro

Been doing intermittent fasting (eating window 9am-4pm) for a week now. This stuff just works. I sleep much better (however, also taking Magnesium Glycinate now), wake up much more refreshed, almost never feel hungry, brain fog almost completely gone. #fasting #TRE #IM

Been drinking expensive Japanese green tea instead of coffee for a week now. It provides much better mental clarity, for much longer, with absolutely no crash at the end. Is also much faster to brew than coffee. Amazing.
