I've been watching a lot of carnivore content recently since no more orange pilling content fullfills my learning desire. Today I watched @Ken Berry, MD video about cholesterol, explaining how the body actually WANTS cholesterol and why we should not try to lower it.
My mental framing on dietaring has now gone deeper in the rabbit hole. I'm having this feeling of realisation that I've been lied to for so long. Just like when I realised how inflation was essentially just random dudes stealling our purchasing power. It's like getting orange pilled again but now it's taking the steak pill.
