Even tried opening up Developer Options and couldn't fine anything there either. Was WiFi calling never available on the Pixel 5?

In addition to, say, a work number and a personal number, could someone add a 3rd number to use like a burner for login confirmations and such, and a 4th for int'l travel? What are the privacy implications of multiple e-sims? (i.e.- can one e-sim inadvertently dox another one on the same phone?)
