Had a fun conversation about bitcoin mining with my electrician today. He was asking about what my bitaxe was since it’s near where he was working. He thought it was neat that I was earning sats to heat my house. #plebchain #bitcoinmining

Gm Nostr!! Got some updates regarding my Bitcoin miner I received from @rev.hodl . Yesterday I connected my Bitcoin miner to Home Assistant. Now I’m able to truly have it perform like a space heater 🙌🏼. Since my house is small, the heat does make it throughout the whole house raising the temp 2 degrees after approx 2.5 hours. Pretty neat, haven’t had to use the furnace yet this year. I’ll keep this post updated with whatever outside temp is too cold for it to keep up with. The chickens and ducks are still adapting to the new coop. Here are the ducks heading in tonight 😂. They’re so funny, running around playing too late and the solar door closes. If only they listened to Sandy and went in when he corralled all the hens.
