Some people suddenly began caring about Iranian lives only when it seemed possible that the US had struck Minab’s girls’ school — one that was deliberately built adjacent to a military base to serve as a human shield, yet they said nothing about the Islamic regime’s systematic poisoning of schoolgirls with chemical agents across the country in 2023, in retaliation for the Women, Life, Freedom movement. If you’re one of these people, don’t call yourself a journalist, a freedom fighter, or someone who cares about humanity. You’re simply a hypocrite. I have ZERO respect for you. And don’t forget: even IF the school was hit by an American missile, it was constructed right next to a military base, which is a clear violation of international norms and even the Islamic regime’s own regulations.

Those who kept silent when the Islamic Republic massacred over 45 thousand Iranians OF ALL AGES are not welcome to voice an opinion on Iran and the war. If you kept your mouth shut then, FUCK THE SHUT UP NOW! image

Starting a lazy day without coffee. It’s fun in its own way.

Back to full resistance training for the first time since dislocating my shoulder, not just light-weight rehab work. Today was upper body day, and I hit the same number of pull-ups and push-ups I was doing before the injury. Feels good to be back. 💪 image

I've been doing keto/carnivore for several years, but over the last 2-3 years I've struggled with stubborn belly fat that crept back and I couldn't consistently drop it. I jokingly blamed my fiancée at first: since we met, I've eaten out more often, joined social gatherings with carby food, and tried her new dishes. (But to be honest, if I give in to cheat days more readily and frequently, it's not on her, it's my responsiblity to stick to my plan.) For a while I suspected the occasional chocolate bars I eat here and there. Those definitely didn't help. To fight back, I devised a plan to track my pure carnivore days using Google Calendar and "scoring" my streaks. It definitely made some improvement: seeing the streak made me far less likely to cave late in the day. Office days and jujitsu days were still risky for cheats, but the system kept them mostly under control. Our company organized a running race last year, so I signed up early and used it as motivation. I went zero-cheat carnivore for ~3 months leading up to it. My belt got noticeably looser—I had to tighten it two degrees—but my stomach still wasn't as flat as in 2018 when I first started keto (and wasn't training as hard as now). I added targeted core work to my routine, but the results were inconsistent: some days looked promising, others not so much. Then I realized the likely culprit: the electrolyte tablets I've been taking for years. When I first checked, I saw some mg of sugar and thought, "Eh, milligrams, no big deal." Wrong! It was in fact12,000 mg, which is equal to 12 g and what's more, that was the sugar content of 3 tablets — not the sugar content in 100g or the content for the whole package. On pure carnivore (where I thrive best), even that was too much. With multiple jiujitsu sessions a day, I'd easily take more than 3, especially in summers. The gain was so gradual I didn't connect the dots right away. Don't be too hard on me. I'm living abroad, where I skimmed the foreign-language packaging and got tripped up by the "mg." (Yeah, I should have known better.) After trying everything else to reclaim my "superman" days, I finally addressed this last suspect. A couple of days ago I ordered plain, no-sugar electrolyte capsules. I'll take them only when absolutely necessary. I try to just stick with the good salt I've recently gotten hold of from a nearby steakhouse, but 1-3 capsules per day might be still needed. I started the experiment on March 19 (2 days ago). From day 1, sharper focus, longer-lasting satiety, and better sleep came back in — something I experienced in my "superman" days. I suspect those old tablets were kicking me out of ketosis regularly. The trial isn't over, but these early signs feel like I've finally found the fix. Here's a current pic: belly still protruding (90 cm circumference = 35.4 inches). I'm optimistic about reaching a visible six-pack now that this mistake is fixed. That's why I'm posting now. Let's see how it goes. image

As an Iranian, I will explain why war was our only way out. The Islamic regime's founder, Ayatollah Khomeini, has long called for Israel's destruction. Since my childhood, we were forced to chant "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" daily in school. The regime has funded proxy groups to attack Israelis and Americans, even the civilians of these countries - among others. We Iranians have exhausted every peaceful option to change this. We elected supposed "moderates" as president, hoping for reform and an end to threats against our own people and the world. Those hopes were shattered as their foreign interventions, proxy wars, and deaths continued. They didn't change even one bit. We protested peacefully. Repeatedly. And each time, met with bullets. Democrats' policy of negotiation and appeasement only gave it more wiggle room and provided the regime with a lifeline, costing more lives globally and in Iran. The regime had countless chances to de-escalate and listen to its critics (I mean, us, Iranian people). Instead, it pursued decades of hostility, chanting for war while draining our resources. Now that the conflict has arrived, it blames protesters and the world for it. We never wanted war. But after the regime massacred thousands of defenseless protestors, including children and the elderly, we had one last hope to resort to: asking for military intervention. It's not a war, it is a rescue operation. People and powers worldwide are uniting against this evil regime.

The heartbreaking tragedy in Minab, Iran: a girls' elementary school near an IRGC naval base was devastated during the US-Israeli strikes on Feb 28, killing over 150 people, mostly children. But who is responsible for the bombing? I was going to record a short videoa about it myself today. But this video has covered the most important points I had in mind. I invite you to watch it.

For years, I raised my voice against oppression, facing threats of imprisonment and worse. Now, living in exile, I can’t return home, but I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s not just about my journey; it’s about the countless Iranians craving the same freedom you enjoy. They want to choose how they live, what they wear, and how they practice their beliefs. We’re in this together, but the fight isn’t just in Iran. It’s against the far-right and far-left influences outside our borders. So, stand with us. Support our cause. Your voice matters.

Ali Khamenei, the dictator of the Islamic regime in Iran, who has the blood of millions of Iranians on his hands, has reportedly been targeted by US-Israeli attacks. You’ll see my first dance video when his death is confirmed.

We only support a strike that disables the regime's oppression machinery. Nuclear weapon is the world's problem, but regime's oppression is our problem - Iranian people's problem. A deal wouldn't solve both problems at the same time. THE REGIME HAS TO GO!

One number on a body bag. Labeled "Unknown." But is it real... or the regime's cruel propaganda trick? Iran's Islamic Republic has massacred thousands—estimates over 40,000—with bodies still piling up and so many left nameless. They deliberately chose 11780—echoing Trump's old "11,780 votes" leaked call—to make it trend. Why? To discredit every death: "If this one's fake, maybe they're all lies." To trick the world (and Trump) into thinking protesters are mocking him... blocking any hope of U.S. support. We don't know if this victim was real or a staged photo op by the regime's machine. But the goal is crystal clear: Divide us. Muddy the truth. Survive by any sick means. Trickery has been their game for decades. This is how they've clung to power—lying, staging, dividing. Don't make a deal with the devil. The regime knows the truth: We only have to win once. They'll hold on until they don't. And when they fall, trial and punishment await—not just the killers, but every propagandist who mocked the dead, turned heroes into numbers, disrespected our martyrs' blood. Iran’s Nuremberg trials are coming. ✊🖤 #IranMassacre #SOSIran #FreeIran #IranRevolution2026 #JavidShah
