The Truth Behind Spark and Ark: @Justin (shocknet) Explains
I just fucking love film noir!
Will tell you more about it later.
Enjoyed this interview with @Murch . As always, learnt a lot from him!
If you’re a Bitcoin content creator on YouTube, you've come across scammy comments in which scammers share their seed words, claiming they need help moving their funds.
It’s been going on for ages. I even considered blacklisting the wallet names they tended to mention, though that would’ve caused false positives.
Thankfully, I haven’t seen such comments in a while. Seems YouTube has finally caught on!
I found this idea really convincing: training to failure makes your body prioritize “survival” over accuracy.
I watched the video below a while ago but only recently started applying its lessons.
One of my goals has been to hit double-digit pull-ups, but I always used to fall short—well below 10 reps.
Now I’ve started spreading my pull-ups over 5 sets instead of doing 1–2 sets to failure.
I’ll keep you posted on the results.

What are your thoughts?
Just wrapped up an awesome chat with @Justin (shocknet).
We unpacked Spark, Ark, and why Justin calls them “fake L2 solutions”
and discussed what real Bitcoin scaling could look like.
Stay tuned!

When the rumor of a soft-fork and a possible chain-split suggested by Luke began, I defended him, saying he himself was rejecting the idea of a soft fork.
But he’s contradicting himself.
