Are people seriously follow-tricking on Nostr? That is possibly the lamest thing I have ever seen.. Feels like I’m on Twitter or Instagram circa 2013 all over again 😆

One of my favorite things about Nostr is that nearly everyone I’ve interacted with on here is so obviously way smarter than me. I have already learned a ton and I am striving to learn more, whether it’s about #Bitcoin, code, cryptography, or computers/technology in general. There have also been so many posts I have read where I am just beyond confused because my intellect is severely lacking in that department, but those are just more opportunities to garner more knowledge. I’ve certainly already had more meaningful online connection from Nostr than I have with any other social media in the past, and I hope that continues to grow so I can meet, follow, and interact with more people online. #grownostr

For anyone trying to learn more about modern economics, I’ll save you some time by summing it up in six words: The government must print more money.

One thing I always forget — it is not my job to orange pill people nor convince them to use Nostr when they have no interest in learning. This has happened to me countless times. I am passionate about decentralized tech and learning more and more about these topics, so I share with others and they couldn’t care less. It is difficult for me to wrap my head around the fact that people are completely content in their fiat-mindset and would rather throw a fit and point fingers at politicians than take part in a digital revolution that has effects that trickle out into every corner of society. Yes they screw us over, constantly…so why pretend we can vote even harder this time and tell ourselves that it will solve everything? Why turn on the news and pretend that you’re informed as you listen to some uneducated jackass give his opinion when the solution is staring at you right in the face? They rob us year after year as our purchasing power goes down due to them printing more money. And by the way — they do that NO MATTER WHO IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE! Bitcoin is freedom. Bitcoin is MONEY. And it’s the greatest money mankind has ever seen. Study, stack, learn, stay humble, and stack some more.

Bitcoin is the only true defi, why on earth is Trump making a new shitcoin? Does he think anyone cares about his new NFTs when people’s purchasing power continues to fall? BlackRock is preparing for a $35 trillion fed reserve dollar crisis with…….. Bitcoin. Not Ethereum, not Solana, not TrumpToken, not Flimsy dollar, and not ShoobadookieCoin or any other shit coin — BITCOIN. I couldn’t care less about Trump’s new half-assed support of Bitcoin since he cares more about “crypto” and making his own shitcoins when the solution is staring him right in the face. I’ll end with saying — Bitcoin doesn’t need Donald Trump, Larry Fink, Jamie Dimon, Joe Biden, nor any other controlled or not controlled deep state clown from the vast circus that is American politics. THEY need Bitcoin, and they know that.

My main focus is UX, but as I try to understand more and more fundamentals about computers and code, I am constantly left in awe and constant wonder. Apple Intelligence fascinates me, but I need someone to educate me on the hardware/software of Private Cloud Compute. I am for innovation, and I want to see humanity push the limits on AI capability, but as many of you can probably agree — privacy is crucial. Has Apple truly implemented AI while preserving privacy with PCC in a successful manner?

The absolute best thing about Nostr, in my opinion, is the fact that your community stays with you across all clients. Once you make a connection and have discourse with someone, it’s likely that they’re there to stay. It’s unlike traditional social media where you have to beg people to follow you across different platforms. I think this makes pursuing different types of content creation more doable for a lot of people.
