I was born many year later but I'll admit it, 80's kids had the best gaming experience growing up. They played all the classics(Mario, Mega Man, Contra, Castlevania, and so on) got to experience legitimate arcades and then we're still able to play the good stuff from the 90's as well.
Making a shop in my game is actually much more challenging than I thought it was gonna be. I thought it would take a few mins then boom done, nope it's been days and I've made next to 0 progress on it. Sucks but I'll get something going sooner or later
You guys remember when they found cocaine in the White House and the question was "Who's cocaine is it?" not "Why is there cocaine in the White House?" 😂
Part of what makes it so difficult is that MegaMan seems to be wearing ice boots or something because he slips around a lot, I think it's probably just bad game logic for player movement honestly. View quoted note →
For those of you who have played older 2d platforms meaning 80's and 90's can you tell me something gameplay wise that just feels good to you about those games, ignore nostalgia, I'm speaking from a gameplay and experience perspective. I greatly appreciate feedback.
