Has anyone here shielded their house from #EMFs? I know leaded paint works well and so does plaster with metal lath. I’m having trouble finding plaster companies nearby that will do more than just small repairs.

I think I just EMF-pilled my dad, at least enough so that he puts his phone on airplane mode at night

Thoughts on humidifiers during the winter, especially in the bedroom? So far, I’ve heard that if you do it, you have to clean it regularly due to risk of mold. #healthstr #asknostr

Studying #nnEMFs is pretty interesting. I’m pretty excited to start measuring stuff in and around the house to see what I’ve been living in. Shoutout @🌞HELIOS🌞 and @Rusty for the meter recommendation: Safe and Sound Pro II (picked it up on sale on Amazon).

Made some caramel corn with @Great Ghee tn and it was really good. Ghee is my new go-to for popcorn - I like it better than coconut oil. Now I just need a new mix for creating caramel corn. Glaze Pop has terrible ingredients.
