Back to reality.
Most people see the version of me that’s always smiling.
Always shining. Always present.
Always successful. Always there for others.
What they don’t see is the woman behind it all.
They don’t see the full days juggling two jobs, recording in the evenings,
writing articles deep into the night to meet deadlines, and getting up again at 5:30 the next morning.
They don’t see the effort it takes to keep showing up, to be kind, to look composed, to create magic for others, even when life feels heavy, even when things are messy behind the scenes.
And then I look in the mirror
and instead of power, I see dark circles
from the many nights I didn’t sleep,
and still: I go on.
Why am I sharing this?
Because this, too, is real.
This is part of the journey.
Not just the wins, not just the posts but the quiet proof of work we do when no one’s watching. GN for now!
