Mid 30s is when you should switch to europoor-maxxing.
You can do it in US too, but it's harder to find the proper vibe, and higher price tag.
US is the machine for turning everything good and cheap into mediocre and super expensive. That kinda explains the constant search for "up-and-coming areas".
Good and cheap in Europe could stay good and cheap for decades. Thanks to their communism probably.

But maxxing out recoverability is a false top if you're actually trying to minimize the loss of funds.
