#31 days - checking in for yesterday
Usual homestead walking, shoveling, schlepping plus
20 minutes of kettlebell lower body exercises (Cossack squats, single leg deadlift ๐ซ, sumo squats) and some work with bands. Plus of course 100 @The Beave- inspired kb swings (42, 45, 13).
I have SO many hour-long workouts that I'd like to do, but 20 minutes with a kb I can fit into my life right now and I've been consistent this month thanks to @cuban's challenge ๐

lots of walking and bucket-carrying, plus:
20 minutes with my kettlebells (lower body), including 100 swings (thanks to @The Beave). I'm now adding in 100 swings per day and am aiming to be able to do 50 at a time by the end of Sept. Today was 41, 41, 18

So glad to have this workout challenge! It's a busy time, and I'd definitely be skipping workouts otherwise.
1 hour-ish outside work, 20 minutes of lower body kettlebell moves.
