I couldn’t agree more with your take on BIP110. The number one thing that would make me question my Bitcoin thesis is if a minority group could force its will on the majority. Core messed up big time, but I’ll take jpegs onchain over setting the precedent that a small, angry minority can push through massive consensus changes.
@ODELL mechanic recently said on the What Bitcoin Did show that if there isn’t an organized URSF against BIP110, that could eventually allow a BIP110 UASF to gain momentum and actually get implemented.
Is this true?
