Some random trivial #CaneCorso observations. In the Corso community this is usually called "airplane ears". If the eyes are closed with airplane ears, pooch is relaxed, tired or sleepy. If you see the whites of the eyes with the airplane ears, it means she is not comfortable, and you (the Humanee) need to change the situation or withdraw from the situation (yellow mode), otherwise they will take matters into their own teeth. The bite force of a #canecorso is 700psi, second only to the Turkish kangol. An adult lion is about 600psi for some context. When a cane corso bites they crush bones.

The river hasn't created yet. But the pooch was on alert most of the night sounding off at the lightning strikes. I loathe squat days, but if you are short on time, squats are the most ecocomical use of your exercise minutes. Yes, even more so then running. There is no more effective way to shock and awe your nervous system, confuse the body to the point it will over react for a few days all the while repairing and growing muscles throughout. But if course, check with your doctor first and consult with a professional to make sure you have good form. Squat can literally break your back if you don't know what you're doing.
