Let’s be clear. This is butter. It’s real food. It’s a health food. “Plant butter” is a highly processed substitute made from vegetable seed oils, and margarine is not real food. I used to need steroid cream on my face multiple times a week just to manage rosacea. Once I removed the inflammatory foods and committed to a carnivore way of eating, my rosacea completely disappeared. Keeping the skin on or pairing it with animal fats like bacon, bacon grease, or butter helps balance the fat to protein ratio your body actually needs. Your doctor didn’t tell you this. Most metabolic diseases are reversible. Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, fatty liver, metabolic syndrome, and high blood pressure aren’t caused by bad luck or aging.
