In 2019, I started working on my personal brand.
After being at Marketing360 for a decade, I realized it was a career risk for a marketer to use only one technology when the Martech world is 1000x bigger than our one software.
I had to leave to ensure I would not become some worthless in the marketing world (for another video)... so what did I do?!
I grew my X account from 800 to 3,400 followers.
When I announced I was leaving my fiat job, I had 20+ DM's of open jobs, and 6 job offers). I didn't have to battle people with my resume.
My content did the work for me.
