If you wake up today the healthiest you’ve ever been and you’re in control of your time, good on you. You’re absolutely winning, keep going.
Don’t forget how much you’ve done to get here. Gratitude. Gm.

Do people really fear technology or do they fear their own feelings of inadequacy? Do they fear confronting their own untapped potential?
You are the creator. You already are the most advanced technology.
You’re only irreplaceable if you let yourself be.
Don’t blame technology for your own lack of courage to find out what YOU can do, what YOU can create, and what YOU are capable of.
Be relentless about creating a life that doesn’t need to be numbed.

My mom is hilarious she fears for when my sister moves out of our house as she does not think that I can find anyone else to meet the “weird” living standards 😭😂

I do believe you should be bullied if you still wear toxic cologne and perfume.
Whoever engineered that stuff to get on everyone and everything within a 20ft radius is truly good at their job.
I fear the spread of your Axe more than any “virus”
There are things you will miss about this season of life, even if you’ve convinced yourself you just want to be in the next chapter.
All seasons, all chapters, are special. Because they are all not forever.
I love early sunrise so I can do a million things before 9am. MORNING ENERGY MAXI🌞🌊☕️
Nobody told me how much fun it is to stain wood. It’s addicting and you must keep going until everything is cohesive.
I literally painted and mopped for five hours straight in direct sun and couldn’t stop. Very therapeutic.
The chill holistic girl in me had a great time and is definitely not even thinking about the off-gassing paint fumes I inhaled, not even thinking about it at all……

Chat coined a term that actually made me laugh.
“Algorithm oatmeal”
DON’T MAKE ALGORITHM OATMEAL.
I’d lowkey wear that on a tshirt 🥣
For real, there is an inverse correlation in time spent on social media and my natural desire to talk to people throughout my day.
Less time feeding false sense of connection = more inclined to engage with real people around me.
Usually leads to interesting stories and good local connections too.
Protect your presence !!!!!!
Be engaged where your feet are !!!!
I never really knew my grandpa, as he died when I was really young. But he’s one of the people in my family that I feel I carry the most within me, and I’m sad I never got to share much life with him.
He was an amazing sailor, and he said he couldn’t be happy away from the water. That’s where his soul belonged. He also was a dinner party fanatic and loved hosting people, making fun cocktails, and he regularly cooked up beef liver and enjoyed it.
He apparently always did what he wanted and not what society told him “he should do”. He wanted life to be vibrant and lived well, and he always had beautiful loafers and dressed well. A bit eclectic, a bit preppy Venusian. He had a pet monkey and an iguana that he would carry on his shoulder. Apparently he was the funniest person around, a dry sense of humor and an insane amount of wit.
His life started going downhill when my grandma wanted them to move out of Coastal Northeast, where he worked on boats, and back to Pennsylvania near her family, where he could work in her family foundry business. She said he needed to take life more seriously and get a “real job”. They ended up divorcing later down the road, and he never quite found his way back to himself and took up bad habits to cope.
He reminds me of the quote “Be who you are and be it well.” You will not be happy trying to please other people. You will not be happy letting other people change you into who they want you to be.
Do not let people take you away from the little things that make you who you are or the ways of life that light your soul up💙⛵️
Eyes on sunrise, not on road. Nature before nostr. Committing to surfing at least twice a week now. My issue is I will prioritize doing things I’m already good at like swimming or diving, but I need to spend time being a silly beginner again.
Late beautiful gm💙🌅

Some of the smartest people in the alternative health space are very anti-technology (anti-AI/anti-digital money), part of my journey has been discernment on seeing what topics I let their genius influence me and what topics I don’t let influence me.
There’s a lot of “don’t use AI”, “it’s making us all dumber”, “we don’t want them to build data centers because they are bad for our health and environment so we need to stop using AI”
Personally, I only think AI is making already dumb people dumber. I don’t think it necessarily makes smart people dumber.
I do think there’s a lot of bad with a lot of existing technology and emf, in terms of human health, planet health, and surveillance. But the government/corporations are gonna build this infrastructure for themselves regardless of if we use it or not. It seems we have to adapt by learning mitigation while building the alternative systems.
So we might as well have all yall software freaks building your good freedom tech with AI. It’s amazing what I see people doing, not me tho, I’ll just cheer for you guys while my phone is on airplane mode connected to Ethernet!
People have gotten so passive that they think watching your social media posts equals staying in touch/connected to you.
That is not maintaining a friendship, that is not a real relationship😂😂😂
Keeping up with what someone is posting is not a substitution for actively communicating or actively experiencing life with someone.
It’s like friendships are now just consumable, instead of things you have to continuously work to create. LOL BYE
You can see so much of vitality in the eyes.
Within a few seconds you can tell if someone has grounded presence, feels comfortable embodying who they are, has a willingness to connect and be seen.
You can see vibrance, clean clear bright whites, deep color, sparkle, shen. You know if they are lit up by life or not.
Or you can see immediate dullness, a glazed over look. No spark, tired. Paired with scattered energy, an uncomfortable guardedness, and an allergy to eye contact.
I had a copper tensor ring that I loved so much, and I sadly lost it back in January at the height of a lot of chaos and uncertainty and mental confusion.
The past few weeks I had so many internal shifts and established new clarity, direction, and mental commitments. And my ring just re-appeared.
I LOVE WHEN SYMBOLIC STUFF LIKE THAT HAPPENS

This book came at the perfect time in my life. No sooner do we get what we need. It is one of the best books I’ve ever read.
I would read it while taking walks outside. An older couple said to me while walking “Wow! Reading while walking! That book must be too good to put down- what is it?”
I happily replied “a book about bitcoin!! They hit me with the “ohhhh” in that fake enthusiastic uninterested tone that means they think I’m very stupid and then immediately wanted to end the conversation LOL.
I thought this would teach me more about bitcoin, and as always it took me on quite a different journey. This book awakened things within me that I’m still synthesizing. At first I felt so seen, as so many of my thoughts on society were already beautifully and bluntly written down, my favorite style.
Its target audience may appear to be for men, which I didn’t realize when starting it, but actually maybe it’s just as important for women to reflect on what the standard of men should be, our own relationship to masculinity, and how that influences life and society around us.
It unlocked so much inside my heart and also ignited even more passion within me (which was already a lot but now more). This book has brought up where I have been very naive in my thoughts and behaviors towards father figures/authority/governance, and more importantly it has brought insightful perspective and healing for my relationship with my own father.
A relationship that has been both challenging and deeply complex in my life, a continuous spiritual test of unconditional love and forgiveness. This book helped me realize that running from a source of conflict may bring temporary relief, but leaning into the struggle and alchemizing a difficult dynamic can unlock exponential creativity, opportunity, and growth.
We do go farther together, and this has reaffirmed my belief in the power and necessity of the family unit. How could I speak about the importance of family if I was willing to walk away from part of my own? Can you endure when it’s messy and painful? Can you have enough grace to see the good virtues that are present, even when the broken parts cast the longest shadow?
The last 8 months my sister, my dad, and I started building family businesses. To pool resources, skills, visions, and create family opportunities, land, and legacy. We are all big dreamers, but this experience has magnified our flaws, tensions, and unresolved patterns. There have been many lows where I didn’t know if I could or should keep going. I couldn’t tell if it was worth it. And the beginnings are always the easiest time to back out.
This book gave me answers to things I was unconsciously seeking. This book gave direction to a mental fork in the road I’ve been standing at for months. It told me to stay, to commit. I’m doing the right thing. This was clarity to build even more together. For the sake of long term creation that serves a higher purpose, serves beyond ourselves. Something with capacity to evolve, expand and compound into outcomes bigger than me and my feelings. I can endure turbulence with more grace, I can hold discomfort for a greater good.
Not what I opened a bitcoin book for, but beyond grateful for what has shifted inside me.
Thank you so much for your work.
@Alekandar Svetski ❤️
And I will happily become a citizen of whatever nation Sol Brah is health minister of.
