People get triggered when you don’t adhere to the timelines they deem acceptable in life. People associate more time with more readiness, but that’s only if you utilize your time well. And most people don’t.
Sure more time could give you more practice, more experiences to increase readiness for something but most people think passively letting years roll by equals more knowledge, experience, and readiness. And that you need to put in the same amount of time they put in, and in the same order of events.
They move along their linear timeline, disregarding that frequency is location.
You don’t always need to spend more time, more years to increase readiness for something.
You don’t need to adhere to their acceptable timeline.
You need to tune your frequency, your awareness, get clear on your values, and spend your time well.
Where you fall on a timeline is based on frequency not linear time.
They get offended if you find yourself “farther along” on their own timeline well before they were or operating a different order of events. Projecting their insecurities and feelings of fear or unreadiness onto everyone else, insisting you need to waste time like they wasted time or feel scared to live like they felt scared to live.
“You can’t quit your job you haven’t worked long enough”
“You can’t move in with that person you need to date them for a few years first”
“You didn’t get a doctoral degree, you couldn’t possibly know more than the doctor”
“You can’t already know you want to marry that person, you haven’t known them long enough”
“You can’t have a baby yet, you don’t have a real job or own a house yet”
“You’ll see that the honeymoon phase ends once you’re married long enough”
“You can’t choose to travel, you need to build more of a foundation for your career”
BLAH BLAH BLAH
Whatever the excuse is, ignore it,
Use your time wisely, create your own life and your own timeline😊

Towards beauty, wisdom, & sovereignty

I will drive with the windows down in winter, you have a mental illness if you drive with the windows up in spring and summer.
Please let the fresh air caress your face, please feel the sun on your skin, please stop choosing so many suffocation rituals🙏🏼
Sometimes having a nostr profile feels like living a double life. I hardly ever post on Instagram and it does not feel like an accurate representation of myself and if 90% of the people from my life who follow me there saw my nostr they’d be like who the fuk what the fuk 💗
The choice you fear to lose you never had (A Course in Miracles)
An inch of movement is better than a mile of intentions
Laughing bc a drunk man wearing a hat that says “make pussy cheap again” asked me what book I was reading on the beach… Unfortunately my guy it is a book about women reclaiming wisdom and authority over their bodies and childbirthing experiences.
He was not prepared for that, but hey at least we are aligned in making things cheaper again!

“Menstrual tracking apps sell menstrual cycle information to marketing companies who then target advertising for beauty products at ovulating women”
I promise you the rose gold government biometric tracking oura ring is not that cute.
Literally get a pencil and a piece of paper you don’t need an app for everything it’s not that hard.
“Progesterone promotes introspection, reflection, and withdrawal from the external world. It encourages women to turn inwards. The right hemisphere of the brain becomes more active under the influence of progesterone, and this is the area of the brain associated with intuitive knowing and creative thinking”
Suppressed ovulation through high stress lifestyles- pregnenolone steal syndrome- pregnenolone being the precursor to both progesterone and cortisol, will prioritize cortisol production for survival and not have enough to make sufficient progesterone if constantly in stress (or excessive blue light/tech/emf). Suppressed ovulation through birth control means no progesterone surge in luteal phase.
The modern world is robbing your creativity capacity and intuition through suppressed progesterone levels.

My father who is an extremely conventional centralized doctor and also did 12 years in the army, just told me that war is a necessary evil and Trump could save the stock market this way.
Where did I come from?
This is why I believe in the orphan trains.
Haven’t been in a podcast phase but ofc had to tune into this one.
Topher & Alec are probably the two people who have changed the way I move through life the most. Highly recommend both of their podcasts and communities !!!!!
People who can work on a laptop in the direct sun are an evolved version of the human race that I aspire to become.
I simply cannot laptop and lizard,
it’s one or the other, and it’s a daily battle to decide which to prioritize.
SOVEREIGNTEA EPISODE #1
This may be a podcast, it may be a vlog tomorrow. Unedited, unplanned, unfiltered. Likely 5-30 minutes, hot girl walk length. You do not get a theme song. The mics are literally props. I don’t want to spend time editing, scripting, and perfecting audio or video. Because then we will lose our own interest and will not make anything.
We want this to be more authentic and spontaneous, less curated and perfected.
More casual, more real. Messier. So this is our weird life, our weird convos, and our experiences figuring it out as we go.
We just want people to laugh with us. Maybe that is all the medicine you really need.

What is the best way to post 5-30 minute vloggy podcasty videos on nostr? If I try to embed them directly will that work or will that suck and never post? Videos on my feed never play half the time and they always pause and buffer forever and I don’t know why I assume it’s my phone. Do I need to use like Fountain to host the videos and then link to that? HELP ME ALL YOU SOFTWARE FREAKS

I’ve never had a laptop sticker in my life, thought I’d start with something subtle🙏🏼🤍

Much of women’s healthcare, obstetrics and gynecology, is abuse. Normalized abuse. It is about control and it is an invasion of your body and your perfection.
If healthcare was serving you, it wouldn’t be leaving you uneducated and medicated.
If healthcare was serving you, it would be guiding you to remember who you are not cut you up and cut you off from your natural divinity.
What women have normalized is insane (to me)
What is empowering to the feminine about more swabs, more scans, more stories? More pills, more procedures? I swear so many women advocate for surveillance and reward outsourcing authority
like it’s a badge of honor. Like wearing an I voted sticker.
You’re a good woman if you go get your checkups, your mammograms, your pap smears, your birth control, your IUDs, your c-sections.
Why are people okay with putting young girls on a pill that will alter the entire essence of who they are. The way they feel, perceive, and experience themselves and the world around them.
Why are people okay with suppressing the hormonal rhythms that create life itself. When ovulation is one of the strongest indicators of health for women, why do we shut it off for decades and leave you with a laundry list of pain and symptoms to deal with.
Why do we choose to attack the essence of what it is to be a woman, instead of teach girls about their bodies, how to work with their bodies, and who they should truly allow access to their bodies.
We choose to induce fear and make girls scared of their body.
As if it’s a burden that needs to be dealt with.
Womens healthcare is a diversion of attention. Distract you with the short term scary story of getting pregnant too young while they reap a long term reward of compromising your future fertility and drain you of your feminine essence.
What is empowering about having a stranger pry your legs open, insert metal cranks, apply toxic lube, put their hands inside you and shove things into your cervix.
Why do we strap women down and drug them up in their most potent opportunity to meet God, feel God, and co-create with God? We do we numb them out from that experience? Feeling nothing is worse than feeling pain.
Why do we convince women it’s just safer and easier to have your abdomen cut open despite the divinely designed process of vaginal birth? When the order of events creates synergy of health for mom and baby, through specific cascades of pressure, location, and hormonal signals? Certainly it’s not because C-sections are the most profit producing.
It is about power and control.
Are we creating more and more humiliation rituals?
Violating our body, our energy, our boundaries.
It’s almost like a game to see how much they can take.
If you give an inch they will take a mile.
This is about extraction and disconnection.
Do not let them dull you from the gift of who you are and what you’re capable of, detach you from your Creator, and disturb the powerful rhythm of being a woman.
I have a hella active brain, and I’m best able to turn my thoughts off through movement. I’m someone who can think and think and think and loop and day dream and create endless ideas and visions in my head. It’s a gift but it can get out of balance sometimes.
Things like yoga, swimming, and freediving get me out of my brain and into my body. Practices that harness the mind into body and breath create such presence and flow state for me.
I’ve only been practicing yoga more seriously for about 5 months and now I can’t imagine my life without it. The yoga studio I practice at doesn’t have mirrors which I love and is how it should be, but sometimes it’s good to see wtf your form looks like. It’s also good to fall on your face.
Yoga has made me love myself more, and I have much to say on my experiences over the years connecting women’s health, movement, and body image in this modern world. So much comes down to what is your intention, what is driving you to do something? Are you spending your time and energy doing something you truly love and enjoy or are you spending your time just copycatting someone else thinking it will help you obtain who they are, what they have, and what they look like?
Are you convinced you can achieve a destination that will make you happy without enjoying the time spent along the path?
