We continuously transmute moment by moment. We need not form attachment because we are everything already. Nothing is separate from us. Our form is an extension of God, of Nature. We are a fragment of consciousness journeying through this physical reality while simultaneously operating a mental, emotional, and energetic body. You were blessed with this existence. Being physically attractive is great, but if you have no mental, emotional, or spiritual substance to you, it just ain’t it. Internal beauty is so needed. Well-read, well-studied, a natural philosopher, a deep thinker, heart-centered, emotionally connected and curious. Being conscious and capable of beauty in the external & internal worlds. The internal attraction is harder to cultivate, a rarer existence, and of much stronger value. (At least in my female opinion)

Sometimes I get frustrated with not being arrived at where I want to be. I tell myself I may not be at the destination, but I know I’m at least on the path. And then I remember that being on the path means I have already arrived. If you are on your path, you are exactly where you need to be right now. The classic illusion of urgency.

Why nostr matters: My sister had a tiktok video last week get over 400K views, and she was supposed to make a few hundred dollars off the video- money she was gonna use to fly and visit me 🥲 But then tiktok “disqualified” her video and said “unoriginal content”. Tf? It was literally her ORIGINAL thoughts and observations on her research into a random medical topic. Own your content, receive the value you deserve.

Social media and fitness culture have women in a chokehold of infertility. The need to control every calorie and fear food. The need to do endless cardio or continuous progressive overload on weights. Genuinely what are y’all destroying your bodies so hard for??? Why are we trying to be zero body fat bone skinny?? Okay you achieved an Instagram worthy physique and now you’re on thyroid medication and don’t have a menstrual cycle?? Fertility is magnetic. Find a man who understands that.

I’ve been in Latin America for just one month, and it has taught me so much. Life is a big beautiful game. Every chapter has pros, cons, novelty, and contrasts. Don’t search for perfection in any chapter. Seek joy. Seek authenticity. Seek love. Appreciate what is here right now presenting itself. Nothing is forever. Impermanence is part of the thrill. What is fleeting is often where gratitude can be felt.

My brother and his wife had their first baby in January, and they have now been given their notice from the pediatrician that if they don’t vaccinate, they have to leave the practice. I said you don’t even need a pediatrician, you’re smart parents, stand in your own intuition. If your baby is happy, sleeping, eating, growing, and no abnormal physical signs- that’s all you need to know!!!! You don’t need a fake authority figure to tell you what you already know. You don’t need weekly weigh ins and pressure to comply. Stop outsourcing. Learn to stand on your square.
