Here’s a quick demo of a realtime language coach I built with AI & nostr.
Give it a spin! The experience is pretty magical✨

Is it possible for people to build apps and make a living off of it on nostr? Who’s been successful at this without receiving grants or investment capital?
Nothing quite like poor sleep to motivate crashing out
Sometimes software entrepreneurship online is so depressing. It’s just hard to slug it out in spaces that seek entertainment.
I imagine this is what many musicians go through. These days, you have to turn yourself into a meme first before people listen to your music.
Hey yall. I’ve decided to make my nostr based (#LearnWithNostr) coding app education app 100% free since I’ll be moving my focus to work on a realtime AI language coach to help people practice their English, Spanish and Nahuatl.
Check it out! It’s good quality and I poured a lot of love into it.

Been working on this immersive realtime language tutor for Spanish built on top of nostr.
A lot of people don’t know this but if you’re Hispanic and can’t speak Spanish well, folks tend to ridicule you. This has had terrible cultural consequences that push people away from their own culture.
So it’s a genuine pain many Hispanics experience. I’ve come to accept that most Latino folks aren’t waking up and thinking “ah geez, I wish I knew how to code and build apps with AI.” But many do wake up and think their Spanish could be better.
So far, that theory seems to be true. There is more genuine interest in getting their hands on this tool.
A fun fact is that the #1 reason, by far, for learning Spanish is to connect with people. Think: being able to speak to your grandma, dating someone who’s Hispanic, etc.
I always find it kinda humorous when TikTok creators try to move to nostr for censorship resistance but end up leaving because they can’t generate impressions & followings that aren’t dependent on outrage & hate.
I'm gonna be looking for a talented Hispanic and/or Spanish speaking co-founder over the next 3 months. Someone with the following experience and skills:
1. Familiar and skilled with Al and tech.
2. Experienced communicating with investors.
3. Highly capable in sales and marketing, being able to go from $0 to 6-7 figures without a team.
4. Ability to build a media following or network.
5. Enjoys business operations.
6. Super passionate about education.
If this is you, I encourage you to reach out 💯
I've been using nostr for nearly two years and it's pretty much the only social platform where I haven't encountered hate. That's the ultimate success of a social space not dependent and incentivized by algorithms. God bless you all, even if you think differently than me.
So tired. So much work and so little resources. But with AI I can fry my mind indefinitely
Currently upgrading my app to use real-time speech instead of prompting text to speech. Gonna add english language practice since English is the second most common language being learned in the US after spanish (and the most being learned globally)
I’ve updated my Nostr App Store to include my Spanish & Nahuatl language tutor. That now makes roughly 10 consumer apps built on Nostr 😭
Use the passcode ZEPHYR (in all caps) to unlock access
Other Stuff: Experience Decentralized Software

I’ve updated my Spanish language coach to include the most common indigenous language in Mexico, Nahuatl.
The app now comes with:
1. PWA install
2. Instant nostr accounts
3. Customizable user experiences
4. A more modern look and feel

The reason a social network takes off is because it's origin network proliferates in some way. For Nostr, it will be because of Bitcoin.
I go on Facebook because my family and friends are there, I go on twitter to get a pulse on the news and I use nostr because the development of Bitcoin is important to me in some form or another.
So price go up is kind of important, because if price go up, interest in nostr go up.
Check out this toxic Spanish language tutor demo I created on nostr!
Itll create an account instantly for you and will allow you to customize based on your needs. I’ll be leveling this tool up over the following months.

Gonna build an app to help no Sabos (Latinos that can’t speak Spanish) learn and practice Spanish with an AI voice call feature, inspired by Duolingo.
I feel like most startups these days only get seen because they’re venture backed.
So some investors have a spreadsheet of startups, they pump it eventually by sharing it with their network, and then the market validates it because there’s money on the line.
So the startup ultimately gets seen because there’s money on the line. But if you build tech products from your own pocket, it becomes a lot less likely to be seen regularly, depending on sales more than marketing.
If someone creates a cryptosystem that's as fundamentally valuable as Bitcoin, but better, owns 1 million in the first wallet and burns the key, doesn't that potentially recreate Bitcoin?
Who cares if it's Satoshi Nakamoto, the key is gone forever.
I don’t see enough on how permissionless money restructures the internet and invents new ways to interact and create digital experiences. There are so many user experiences to be discovered beyond just owning your money.
