After morning coffee☕, I went to check if my wife and son were sleeping. They were sleeping like babies 🙂, so I used the quiet morning to add to the compost pile. I added: Cardboard (well soaked in a barrel of water, much better than watering with a hose) Garden waste Mowed grass from lawn The cat, of course, had to be the main decoration 😄 I like the “lasagna” method, a layer of carbon (cardboard, dry leaves), then a layer of nitrogen (grass, kitchen scraps). I watered everything well and covered it with a black tarp so it can “cook” properly. Now let it do its thing, while I go check if my family is awake 😊 Enjoy the day! 🧡💜 #nostr #compost #gardenstr #catstr
