Best work out i did this week so far was running on the rocks & swimming to arrive to one of the most beautiful river spot here in the jungle. Fresh air, animal movement, river sound calming my nervous system. I don’t think it could get any better

My 6 months old baby’s brunch today Ripe avocado & banana, slow cooked oxtail (fatty part) & some yogurt. I love nourishing myself & family with the most nutrient dense food. 💌
